The property consists of:
* 84 training/breaking-in kennels with town water
connected to the house and as a back up water supply
for the kennels.
* 18 pup yards holding 4 to 6 pups comfortably all
with auto filling water troughs plus numerous other
kennels (whelping kennels, brood bitch kennels and
yards).
* Several large exercise yards.
* 3 straight tracks, one with electric timing (1
loam - 2 grass).
* A full size replica track of Wentworth Park with
automatic irrigation. We have conducted all our break-ins'
trials and conditioning on this track for the last
10-12 years and in our opinion it is one of the safest
and best trial tracks in Australia.
